Individual Athlete Coverage
This package is focused solely on your athlete, capturing in-game action, emotion, and the moments that matter most. Depending on gameplay, this may also include limited interaction with coaches or teammates to help tell the full story of the event.
$75 attendance investment per 90-minute event

• A professionally edited full proof gallery to view and select your favorites

Pricing may vary by event depending on travel and time involved. Some events align with my family’s schedule, allowing me to already be present, while others require dedicated travel and coverage.

*All sports photography sessions are contracted, whether they are booked through a school, athletic program, or directly by a parent or individual athlete. To ensure fairness and availability, a $50 deposit is required to officially secure your date and time, as sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and another athlete may reserve that slot. This is non-refundable and goes toward your total investment.
*This process allows for a dedicated, professional experience while protecting both your investment and the time set aside to capture your athlete at their best.
*The contractee is responsible for ensuring the photographer’s authorized presence at the scheduled event, including obtaining and providing any required media credentials, passes, or permissions necessary for photography. This helps ensure smooth access on event day and allows the photographer to focus fully on capturing the athlete and moments without interruption.
*Playing time is determined by coaches and game circumstances and cannot be guaranteed; therefore, a large action-focused gallery cannot be promised if an athlete does not see significant time in play. However, a quality and well-rounded album will always be delivered regardless. If game action is limited, additional coverage will be made up through social interaction, sideline moments, and individual player portraits at the end of the event to ensure a meaningful and complete collection of images.
*If a game or event is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, your deposit will be credited toward a future rescheduled game or event, or may be applied as a deposit toward another photography service. This ensures your investment is protected while allowing flexibility in scheduling.
